CLEANING SERVICE
We know the importance of a clean and sanitized vacation rental unit is to you, and to the renters. To ensurse that all parties are more than satisfied, we make the following suggestions to ensure that all parties are pleased with the service we provide. We would like you:
1. As much as possible, we would like your 30 day schedule, so that we can hold those spots ahead of time for you.
2. Supply clean replacement linen and towels, which hopefully have been inspected for spots, be available for each bedroom.
3. To supply the laundry bag for the soiled/used linen for pick up by your selected laundry service.
4. To be aware that we will wash the linen and towels of one bedroom units, only. The washer and dryer should be in the unit.
5. To have a detailed list of the mutally agreed upon expected responsibilities of our service in our office and at the site of the vacation rental.
6. To understand that our ideal turnaround time is 24 hours rather than 4 hours. This relieves the stress involved in 4 hour turnarounds. In other words, the more advance notice we are given of your need for our service, the more we can guarantee the availability of a cleaning service provider.
