Deep House Cleaning Service Information
- Our deep house service is only for occupied homes.
- If your home is empty, please proceed to the Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning tab.
- The workers will clean inside the oven and refrigerator and all accessible baseboards.
- If you want inside the oven cleaned, please turn on the self-cleaning unit and run it the evening before our arrival.
- If you want the inside of the refrigerator done, please box all food. Our workers will remove the boxes from the refrigerator, clean inside the refrigerator, and return the boxes to the fridge.
- The service providers carry their own solutions and equipment but will use your products and equipment if you wish. If you wish to have only green cleaning solutions used in your home please let us know before our arrival.
- Service providers do not carry vacuums into homes. This helps avoid cross-contamination. Please have your vacuum available for their use. If your vacuum is not working as well as it should be, please inform us so that the service providers will know to use their own vacuums.
- Have a toilet brush in every bathroom to avoid the dripping of toilet water as we travel from bathroom to bathroom
- Your kitchen counters should have no more than five small appliances.
- Your bathroom and tub counters should be clear of all items.
- Please pick up all items from the floors.
- These requests are made so that the workers are able to concentrate on cleaning your house and to ensure you have a wonderful home disinfecting and cleaning experience.
- Clients are strongly encouraged to be physically accessible to review all work, while workers are still on the premises. So that, if needed, the workers will be able to revisit areas of the home in need of more attention or visit areas that were overlooked.
