1. To provide us with their 30 schedule, so that we can hold those spots on our calendar

2. To have clean replacement linen and towels available for each bedroom.

3. To be aware that we prepare the soiled/used linen for pick up by your selected laundry service.

4. To be aware that we will wash the linen and towels of one bedroom units, only. The washer and dryer should be in the unit.

5. To have a detailed list of the mutally agreed upon expected responsibilities of our service in our office and at the site of the vacational rental.

6. To understand that our ideal turnaround time is 24 hours rather than 4 hours. This relieves the stress involved in 4 hour turnarounds.
